In the World of Light story, Shilmai Harmony is an angel and guardian spirit of a heavenly, life-giving river. The whale is the communicator of this world, a presence reflected in the watercolour artwork on the bottle.
The story places the spirit of the breath in the heart. This imagery offers a theme for personal reflection: making space for both thought and feeling, and returning to a sense of harmony within.
How to use it
The product directions suggest taking 6 drops neat on the tongue or adding them to a glass of water to sip throughout the day. Shilmai Harmony may also be used before and after meditation. Follow the directions on your bottle.
A simple heart-and-breath practice
Use this as a quiet moment of reflection, at a pace that feels comfortable.
- Place a flat palm or two fingers gently over the centre of your chest.
- Breathe in gently for a count of 5, if comfortable.
- Exhale gently for a count of 8, without forcing the breath.
- Repeat 4 to 6 times, or return to your natural breathing whenever you prefer.
- Pause and notice what you are feeling.
How Shilmai Harmony is made
The preparation brings together filtered water passed through a vortex several times, alcohol, and a ritual involving sound, tuning forks, moonlight, and bottling. These elements form part of the remedy’s spiritual practice and intention.
