Where products are offered for sale, the following applies. Remove this section if you are not selling directly through the site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly, we will contact you and may cancel the order, refunding anything you have paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm payment. Confirm VAT registration status.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within number of working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns and cancellation
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition; for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened essences or oils unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
Confirm who pays return postage, the return address, and the refund method and timescale.
Sessions and bookings
Where sessions are offered, the following applies. Confirm or replace with the terms of your booking provider.
- Sessions are booked and paid for in advance
- Please give at least 24 or 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel
- Later cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full
- If we need to cancel, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund
- Sessions are for people aged 18 and over unless separately agreed in writing
Sessions are complementary wellbeing sessions. They are confidential, except where we are required by law to disclose information or where there is a serious risk of harm.
Newsletter
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. We may stop sending the newsletter, or change what it contains, at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything arising from your use of the guidance on this site in place of appropriate professional care. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
