Welcome
Your chakras and energy systems can reflect how you feel physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Vibration Remedies offers simple guidance, supportive practices, and carefully chosen tools to help you understand your energy and create greater balance in your everyday life.
The seven centres
Each centre relates to a different part of how you live, feel, and express yourself. Move through them slowly, and notice which one asks for your attention.
Base of the spine
Associated with feeling grounded, safe, and steady in your body and daily life.
Everything else rests on this centre. When the root feels settled, the ordinary parts of life — sleep, routine, money, home — tend to feel less precarious. This introduction looks at what grounding actually feels like in a normal week, and a few small ways to return to it when the ground shifts.
Learn MoreLower abdomen
Linked to creativity, emotional flow, pleasure, and the way you move through change.
Feeling moves like water, and the sacral centre is where that movement lives. This introduction explores what happens when emotion is allowed to flow rather than be managed, and how creativity, rest, and enjoyment quietly support one another.
Learn MoreUpper stomach
Connected to confidence, personal power, and trusting your own decisions.
Personal power is quieter than it sounds. This introduction looks at the solar plexus as the place where self-trust is built through small, repeated choices, and what it can feel like when you have been deferring to everyone else for a while.
Learn MoreCentre of the chest
Relates to compassion, connection, forgiveness, and kindness towards yourself.
The heart centre sits between the lower and upper chakras, holding the two together. This introduction considers self-compassion as a practice rather than a feeling, and how giving and receiving warmth both need a little room.
Learn MoreThroat and neck
Associated with honest expression, listening well, and speaking your truth calmly.
Expression is as much about listening as it is about speaking. This introduction looks at the throat centre as the space between what you feel and what you say, and gentle ways to close the gap without force.
Learn MoreBetween the eyebrows
Linked to intuition, clarity of mind, imagination, and inner perspective.
Intuition is often simply attention that has gone unnoticed. This introduction explores the third eye as a centre of perspective, and what tends to help when the mind is busy but insight feels far away.
Learn MoreTop of the head
Relates to spiritual connection, perspective, and a sense of quiet belonging.
The crown is the least tangible of the seven, and the easiest to overthink. This introduction offers a simple way in: connection as a sense of belonging to something larger, met through stillness rather than effort.

Start where you are
Choose the intention that feels closest to your life right now, and we will point you towards the practices, remedies, and reading that fit.
Settle a busy mind and feel more anchored in your body and routine.
Make space for feelings to move through you with more ease and less resistance.
Reconnect with your own voice, boundaries, and quiet sense of capability.
Soften how you speak to yourself and open to warmth from others.
Find gentler, clearer ways to say what matters to you.
Make quiet room for reflection, insight, and a wider sense of meaning.
Practices and tools
Simple, sensory practices you can weave into an ordinary day. Use them to slow down, notice how you feel, and encourage a sense of balance.
Choose stones by colour and intention, and keep them close as a reminder.
Bowls, tuning tones, and listening practices to settle the nervous system.
Short guided sittings for each chakra, from three minutes upwards.
Gentle breathing patterns to steady yourself in the middle of a full day.
Words to return to when your inner voice needs a kinder direction.
Work with chakra colours in what you wear, eat, and surround yourself with.
Scent blends chosen to support focus, rest, or an open heart.
Small closing rituals for your home, your day, and your own energy.

Sound and frequency
Whale song moves for hundreds of miles through open water, at frequencies below the range of human hearing. Vibration does not need to be loud to carry, and it does not need to be understood to be felt.
The sound practices here work the same way. They ask very little of you — no technique to learn, nothing to get right — and they reach the body before they reach the thinking part of you.
Bowls and gongs played until the room itself feels different. You do not need to do anything except stay still and let the tone reach you.
Single frequencies held near the body, or hummed by you. The throat and chest respond to being used long before they respond to being understood.
Following one sound the whole way down into silence. Attention has somewhere to rest, and the mind stops offering opinions.

R&S Remedies
Created through intuition and love, Shilmai Harmony is a 30ml vibrational essence from the World of Light collection. Rooted in sound and ritual, it is made with the intention of bringing light and harmony to the Heart Centre.
Its story follows an angel and guardian spirit of a heavenly, life-giving river, with the whale as the communicator of the World of Light. An invitation to pause, turn towards the heart, and make room for quiet reflection.
A vibrational wellness essence intended to support balance and reflection. Not a medicine, and not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
